License Payment

To pay online for a “SmallTall Music Church Music License” using PayPal, there are two steps:

  1. fill out the electronic form below, and
  2. proceed to make your payment. (If you’d prefer to pay for a Church Music License by sending a cheque in the mail, please click here.)

Please be sure to read the copyright permissions policies outlined on the “Church Music Licenses” page of this website. By sending in this form and applying for a license, you are indicating your commitment to abide by those policies.

When your form and payment have been received, you will receive a confirmation of your payment from PayPal, and a paper copy of the STM Church Music License will be sent to the “snail mail” address indicated on the form.
